Hula Quesadillas

Quick and delicious main dish that makes for a great lunch or dinner. It's just yummy!

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Grate your cheese.
  2. Spread on one half of your tortilla.
  3. Add your salsa.
  4. Add your pineapple.
  5. Ad

  6. Melt the butter in a medium/high heat pan.
  7. Fold the tortilla over and add it to your pan.
  8. Cook for 3-4 minutes, covering your pan. This allows the cheese to melt more evenly.
  9. Flip and cook another few minutes on the other side.
  10. Slice into 4 wedges and serve with sour cream. Enjoy!

I make something similar, however I add thin sliced ham or Canadian bacon to mine. Adding the meat seems to cut down on the "sweet" part of the recipe of the pineapple.
