Identifying A Dog's Breed?

Buddy was shot in the face with a .22 approximately. I had found him clinging to life 7 weeks ago underneath my front tree on an 90 degree day. He had all sorts of worms, ticks, a bad wound infection, 103 fever, and very malnourished. Some say I saved him however, I think we saved each other!

I sent in my Wisdom DNA samples and should have results back in about 2 more weeks. The anticipation is just driving me wild! Maybe there are some of you out there that have some ideas of what Buddy might be all crossed with. He was 18lbs when I found him and now 50 days later he's 32lbs. My Vet believes he's about 6 - 6 1/2months old. So, I gave him his new birth date of 01-01-23.

Once I have the results of his Wisdom panel , I will surely let all of you know! A lot of ppl tell me he looks a lot like a Rhodesian Ridgeback (ridgeless of course) crossed with Staffy. I can see some kind of terrier/Staffy, Black Mouth Cur, Boxer, Beagle, Redbone Coonhound, Portugues Pointer, and of course Staffordshire Bull Terrier. One thing that's for sure, he's so darn cute! Can't wait to see and read your thoughts on Buddy
