It looks like some kind of grinder. You put was had to be ground on top and turned the wheel.

That is an old Coal Forge, the wood handle pumps up and down and blows air into the bottom center of the round forge bowl.

That is an old old old horseshoe forge. You fill the top with coal and light it, then pump the handle for the bellows which comes up from the bottom through the center of the trough. I had one just like it for many years that my grandfather left me. Unfortunately over time it has deteriorated. That is the perfect starter piece for any aspiring blacksmith.
