I need help identifying these bugs crawling on my bed. I started noticing this bug crawling on my bed. I don't notice any bite marks on me and don't see any blood stains on my bed.

Your picture is kind of bad but I would say it more than likely is a bed bug. A better image would really help to make sure. I would take the bug to the local pest control shop and make sure. If it is a bed bug you need to get rid of them immediately.
this picture is hopeless but here is what to look out for in regards to bedbugs:
- are they reddish?
- are the either flat as a pancake or long and inflated like a sausage? If long and inflated and you squish it, does blood come out?
answer YES to the above and you probably have bedbugs
