Put some in a plastic bag and seal the bag. Take it to a place that sells pesticides. They will identify it and sell you the correct pesticide.
These bugs appear to be outside your home. I have tried to find the exact bug in the image but there are so many of them to choose from. The best bet is to trap one of them and take them to a pest control business. They can tell you what they are.
