I've been dealing with this microscopic black bug! I've been to doctors and a dermatologist. It's in my hair and skin, both myself and my husband! It all started when we had to rip the bathroom apart. We just had the house fumigated, but we still have them on us, and in the laundry! Please help!

They could be fleas or mites. Get an exterminator.
If your whole house was sprayed and dusted and you still have these bugs then something is not killing them off. You need to call back the company that sprayed your home and get them back out there. Try and trap one of them from your hair or your skin to show them.
