Identifying Small Brown Flying Bugs?

I have noticed smaller, flying, light brown insects in my home. What are they damaging, what are they, and how do I get rid of them forever? They look a bit like moths.

They possibly are moths, especially if the wings are opaque and dusty-looking. These are eating your clothes of dry goods in your pantry.

If they have transparent wings and look more like micro flies, they are actually fruit flies. They just take over your kitchen, and enter your home via fruit, then they colonize in drains, food debris, and any left out fruit. These are more of a nuisance than anything. If you leave a cup of vinegar around these generally commit Kamikaze by trying to consume it.
