tree with medium green leaves I have these trees at my condo. It has hard green fruit in bunches. Inside the rock hard fruit are 4 large brown seeds. They are in Florida.

This looks very much like a Macadamia Nut tree. The inside are the nuts that can be eaten or roasted.
