I found him at a vintage store, and thought he looked like Bing Crosby so of course I had to buy him. He's about 4 in tall. His face is a flat bisque and his outfit is a shiny green. He has no markings.

(My first instinct was to say that these pixie, gnome, elf, imp, figurines were mass produced in Japan and very popular in the mid-1960s; worth less than $10.)
