I think your dog looks more like a Chihuahua/Jack Russel mix than a Chiweenie.
His body doesnt look long enough to me to be a Chiweenie
The legs don't have Doxie lines, but the chest does.
Have you asked his vet? The vet can look at things we can't see like his teeth, bones, etc.
