Is My Dog a Pure Bred Pit Bull?

Is this a pure breed American Pit Bull terrier? When she gets excited her tail bends to her back (like a sickle tail). She has a red nose and her ears are odd, that I can't explain. They're like the pup without the bandana nor the dress.
