If you do not have official pure bred pit papers and from pure bred parents with papers, you have no way of knowing for sure. If you really want to know, you can have a DNA test performed but these are expensive.
Yes because a actuall fb pitt is usually black and white there is no such thing as an american pitt because there crossed with other dogs so yes she is a full blood pitt
Pretty much was DCA said. When choosing a purebred animal, meet both parents, and view their papers and genetic profiles as well as the pup's. Only buy from reputable licensed breeders. And expect to have to pay quite a bit.

Looks like a cross bred meaning a pit bull/ american bully. Has a nice stocky body and wide chest

The pup looks full blooded. Maybe a mixed pitbull, but full blooded. Looks more like a gator pit. Those specific breeds of pit can become very aggressive.
I have a dog who looks just like this, his name is Max. He's had a DNA test done, because I was curious as to the same thing. But he's a Pitbull/Lab mix. Majority Pit though.
