Jiffy Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients:

• 2 pkgs. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 4 hot dogs

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Grease muffin tins or use paper liners.
3. Add the eggs and the milk to the muffin mix and combine well.

 
4. Cut the hot dogs in thirds.

 
5. Fill the muffin tins 2/3 full.

6. Add a hot dog to the middle of each cup.

 
7. Divide the remaining batter evenly.

 
8. Bake 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
