John Deere Mower Won't Start?

I have a 724 cc John Deere lawn mower that just cranks, but no fire to the engine. It has only 12.2 hours on it with new plugs, battery, air filter, fuel filter, and another part. It just sits there and cranks. Can it be electrical? Thanks.
