Lacey Sachets

Supplies:

• scissors
• ribbon
• lace
• thread
• flowers
• sachet scent
• hot glue and glue gun

 

 

Steps:

1. Cut lace into desired size allowing 1/2 inch for a seam. This one was a long rectangular piece. Fold the lace up 2/3 the length of the cut piece. Pin and sew on sides. On top "flap" fold down about 1/2 inch and seam.

 
2. Turn right side out. Place batting on inside and add sachet, hiding it within the batting. My sachet was made using some old Avon samples, but you can purchase sachets elsewhere.

3. Tie a ribbon around the top. Hot glue flowers or other embellishments to complete.
