Brown 1 lb. ground beef in large pan.
Simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grate 8 oz. mozzarella cheese. Using 8 oz. of lasagna noodles, alternate layers of noodles with the meat-tomato sauce in a 9 x 13 inch pan. End with the sauce, being sure the noodles are completely covered. Top with cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cut in squares to serve. Makes 8 servings.
