Quick, easy and inexpensive lunch or dinner for the entire family of 6!

Yield: 6 people
- 2 lb cod Alaskan fillet
- 2 Tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Clean and cut fish into about 4" pieces.
- In a bowl add salt, turmeric powder, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and mix then spread onto the fish.
- In a pan on high heat, add vegetable oil and smashed garlic until golden brown. Then, add fish and cook on each side for 5 minutes.
- Optional: Add green onion for garnishing.
