Very fast and easy to make for a quick lunch or dinner. You can easily make this baked salmon in your toaster oven!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 2 people


  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 stems green onions
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  1. Wash and clean salmon with salt and pat dry.
  2. Ad

  3. Marinate the salmon filet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and olive oil for about 30 minutes, depending on your time frame.
  4. Pre-heat the toaster oven to 350 degrees F on broil mode. Put a piece of foil on the toaster oven rack and bake for 10 minutes per side.
  5. Chop green onions and put it in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a dash of salt/pepper and microwave for 10 seconds. Serve over salmon.
