Very fast and easy to make for a quick lunch or dinner. You can easily make this baked salmon in your toaster oven!

Yield: 2 people
- 2 salmon fillet
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3 stems green onions
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Wash and clean salmon with salt and pat dry.
- Marinate the salmon filet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and olive oil for about 30 minutes, depending on your time frame.
- Pre-heat the toaster oven to 350 degrees F on broil mode. Put a piece of foil on the toaster oven rack and bake for 10 minutes per side.
- Chop green onions and put it in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a dash of salt/pepper and microwave for 10 seconds. Serve over salmon.
