This is an easy, healthy substitute for traditional mayonnaise. You might find that you like it even better. It also makes a good dip.
Peel and chop the avocado. Add it and all the other ingredients to food processor and process until smooth. You can also do this by hand. Smash the avocado with a fork until it is smooth. Slowly beat in the lemon/lime juice, milk, and mustard until well blended. Add Tabasco to taste. Chill. This is best used the same day.

Yummo and definitely a keeper recipe! Love the addition of Dijon and Tabasco! ;-) If you're lactose intolerant you can substitute the milk with veggie or extra virgin olive oil.
This is not even close to fat free. Avocados and milk both contain fat.
