The container makes the soap foam. Make liquid soap from the bar soap and put in a container that held foaming soap.
I realize the pump is what makes it foam. How do you make the bar soap liquid and won't it clog the pump?
I put the bits and pieces of used bar soap in a mason jar with water, let that set for awhile, and then refill my other liquid hand soap containers, some foaming and some not. I've found that adding a little bit of dishwashing soap like Dawn keeps it from getting slimy.
