First - very important -
How much help will you have available?
How much time will be available to prepare food before the event?
Will you be able to prepare one or two days ahead?

Second; I believe you have chosen one of the most difficult recipes to use for a crowd as there are so many variables it will be very hard to narrow down the amount of each ingredient needed to serve 50 people.
You can easily note this problem when seeing how confusing the answers have been.
But even the answers do not address the problems that could arise if you try to follow one or more as the question is not only how many kabobs for 50 people but how many kabobs you will need per person.
Number per person?
It depends on what other sides you are serving and how big your kabobs are. I would probably count on 3 per person. Some will only have 1 or 2 some will have 4.

Type of outing?
Children and adults?
Children?
Skewers are hard to eat from and can be dangerous for kids. If they aren't seated, this could be a parent's nightmare.

What other food will be served?
Will these be served with a drippy sauce?
Will this be a walk-around gathering or a sit-down affair?

Here are some recipes to check out as you can scroll down to the Ingredients list and change the number of servings to whatever number you need: 50 or 100>
Then add spam to your list. Remember; there are 13 different flavors of Spam available now.
You will also have to decide if you will be using fresh pineapple or canned pineapple.
Have you decided on what type of sauce or marinade you wish to use?

This recipe would serve 4, so I would multiply the ingredients by 13.

It really depends on how many sides you're making & the size of the chunks of meat/veggies/fruit that you put on the skewers. These are adjustable/convertible/printable for the amount of people you plan to be serving:

To make Hawaiian Kabobs you need for 50 servings:

6-6.5 pineapple cored and cut into cubes
13 green bell pepper cut into cubes
6-7 red onion cut into cubes
31-32 chicken breasts gradfood.com/.../ You can use chicken or/and SPAM Classic. It works the same way. Decide in what proportion you want to use chicken and SPAM. Cut SPAM into about 1 ½ chunks, thread cooked chicken or/and cubes of SPAM cubes onto skewers.
