These are quick and easy Thai chicken drumsticks. Toss all ingredients in a bag, allow to marinate (an hour or overnight) and grill later. These are perfect to make for parties.

I made this tonight - not exactly as posted though. I had intended on making something else with chicken tenderloins but was missing a main ingredient. I quickly switched to this because i did have a bottle of oyster sauce. I used all the ingredients as stated and put the tenderloins in the bag with the sauce to marinate. And then I fried them. It was DELICIOUS! And just a note to those who've never tried oyster sauce, oyster sauce does not taste like oysters.
