Making Thai Chicken Drumsticks
Make savory chicken drumsticks with Asian flavors such as oyster and soy sauce. These would be great for a potluck or picnic, but could also be served with rice and veggies.

These are quick and easy Thai chicken drumsticks. Toss all ingredients in a bag, allow to marinate (an hour or overnight) and grill later. These are perfect to make for parties.
Prep Time: 5 minutes + marinate time
Cook Time: 6-8 minutes (depending)
Total Time: Marinate time + 6-8 minutes
Yield: 4 people
- 2 lb chicken drumsticks
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup Thai soy sauce
- Toss your marinate ingredients in a zip loc bag.
- Add drumsticks and shake to evenly coat.
- Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour, or overnight for best results.
- Grill over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turn around and cook throughly or until ready.
