These are quick and easy Thai chicken drumsticks. Toss all ingredients in a bag, allow to marinate (an hour or overnight) and grill later. These are perfect to make for parties.

Prep Time: 5 minutes + marinate time

Cook Time: 6-8 minutes (depending)

Total Time: Marinate time + 6-8 minutes

Yield: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup Thai soy sauce

Steps:

  1. Toss your marinate ingredients in a zip loc bag.

  3. Add drumsticks and shake to evenly coat.
  4. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour, or overnight for best results.
  5. Grill over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turn around and cook throughly or until ready.
