Start your day with a boost with this healthy morning detox drink featuring simple ingredients!

Cook Time: 5

Yield: 1 glass

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 pieces fresh turmeric

Steps:

  1. Heat your water.
  2. In a glass cup, add chia seeds. When the water has boiled, pour hot water into the glass cup with the chia seeds and stir for a few minutes.
  3. Ad

  4. Once the chia seeds expand, add 4 thinly sliced turmeric pieces and honey. Stir until honey dissolves.
  5. Ready to drink and enjoy!
