There is a Red bump on my dog's leg. I can like grab it and it moves around. It doesn't pop, but I didn't wanna to try too hard. It seems to cause no pain to him unless we squeeze it. (I only did once not hard to see.)

I would have a vet look at this as soon as possible.
To be on the safe side I would have a vet look at it. . You wouldn't ignore a lump on your own body.
Poor pup!! Send the photo to the vet and ask if it needs to be seen. It could be some kind of bite. Hopefully not a tick.
I am always a safety first gal. Best to get it checked.
