For the last couple of weeks I've been noticing that my 5 month old puppy is getting these weird bumps on her chest. I would really like to know what's causing this.

It could be nothing, but any change in your dogs skin should be checked by a vet.
My Carmel Ann used to get these. Most were nothing, but one went rogue and needed to be removed. Please call the vet ASAP and see if you can send a photo to have them tell you if you need to have it looked NOW or at the pup's next visit.
