Onion Roasted Potatoes

My favorite potatoes ever!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. red potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Ad

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large plastic bag. Shake until well coated. Empty bag into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 50 Minutes
