Ever try to make frozen orange juice and you chop and chop at the petrified block of frozen orange concentrate? Well, the trick is to let the concentrate thaw in your refrigerator overnight. Simply take it out of your freezer and place it in the fridge the night before, then in the morning, you can have great-tasting orange juice without the hassle or mess.
Do you purchase "shake before using" orange juice or milk in a cardboard carton with a screw-on cap? Underneath is usually a protective seal with a pull ring for removal. It's been my experience that if I shake the carton before removing that seal, drops will fly everywhere when it's pulled off. So, unscrew cap, remove seal, put cap back on, then shake! It's just a one-time deal with new cartons. Sometimes, it's the small things that can make a day easier. Blessings.
