Parvo Recovery?

My little girl is 5 month old. She came down with parvo almost 2 weeks ago. She was at the vet for 4 days. She has been home eating, drinking playing for 6 days. She just finished all her medications. This morning she threw up 4 times. Did she eat too much? It was the first time I gave her wet food without rice mixed with it. Getting a little scared.

Sounds like you and your baby were very lucky to catch this terrible virus in time to save her life.
Seems like this is just a set back and maybe she was not ready for her 'regular' food. She may be more sensitive than some puppies and need to take everything on a slower scale - maybe even the amount of food she is eating as you may need to control her diet more as a puppy does not seem to know when they are full so she may be eating too much at one time.

Perhaps give her smaller amounts and feed more often until she has finished her 'rehab period'.
Be very sure to keep the vet informed of anything/problems that has to do with her health right now. You should also keep a record of her progress, especially problems; keep date and event even if it seems 'normal'.
Your vet may want to see your puppy just to make sure their are no other health related problems that could be causing problems.
The good news - your pup will be safe from Parvo but you still need to have vet visits to complete all of her first year vaccinations/shots.

This may be a little soon for the heavier food , also she is a puppy with a very young system . It sounds that she is on a perfect track to recovery. I especially love that she is playful and eating.

Parvo is different in all animals as far as healing time and recovery. Just take it a little slower and watch her as she gets back to her 100 % self! Wishing you the very best!

After a parvo attack or illness, the dog takes quite a bit of time to recover. Following what the vet has prescribed is the best chance for the dog to get a full recovery. I would differentially call the bet today and speak with them immediately. They might require you to bring back in the dog to make sure she has recovered fully from parvo or is having a relapse.
