Peanut Butter Filled Brownie Cups

Ingredients:

• 1 box brownie mix
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 egg
• 3 Tbsp cream cheese
• 1/3 cup creamy peanutbutter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg

Steps:

1. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Add l/2 cup chocolate chips to batter.

 
2. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, peanut butter, egg, and sugar together. Whisk until smooth. Set aside.

 
3. Spoon brownie mixture into muffin cups about 1/3 full. Spoon a tablespoon of peanut butter filling onto top of brownie mixture. Add more brownie mixture over the top of the peanut butter filling.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
