Peeling Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions:

Boil the eggs for 20 minutes, then pour off the hot water. Under cool running water, tap the egg to crack, and the shell will just slide off.
