Pineapple Nice Cream
This is a super healthy and delicious alternative to ice cream. There's no dairy or added sugar. The pineapple flavour is the star, and the smooth texture of the mango gives it its ice cream effect. For being 100% fruit, this dessert is a guilt-free and creamy delight!

- 16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
- 8 ounces frozen mango chunks
Directions:Puree the pineapple and mango chunks in a food processor until creamy. Depending on the texture of your frozen fruit, you may have to pulse in some cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until very smooth.
