Pizza Inspired "Monkey Bread"

Little pillows of dough stuffed full of delicious gooey saucy pizza! Who doesn't LOVE pizza? This is a huge hit in my family not only because its absolutely delicious but also because my little ones have a blast helping me make it. Family fun!

  • Bundt pan
  • Cooking spray
  • Mozzarella (you can choose to use string cheese cut up, fresh mozzarella cut up, or, our favorite, the little marinated mozzarella balls)
  • a large block of whatever other flavor cheese you like (Monterey Jack, cheddar, provolone, pepper jack)
  • Pepperoni (we use mini but I've made with regular too)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Pizza seasoning (oregano, basil, etc)
  • Butter
  • Pizza sauce
  • Canned biscuits (2 cans make a half pan)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Spray pan with cooking spray

Cube hard cheeses (cut into mouth size pieces)

Melt butter in a dish.

Mix parmesan, garlic powder and herbs to your liking in a dish.

Open your biscuits and flatten them out enough to fit a few pepperonies and one piece of mozzarella and whatever other cheese you chose inside. Once flattened. assemble putting a few pepperonies and both cheeses on each flattened biscuit once finished pull sides of biscuits together and pinch closed.

Next dip each biscuit pizza ball into butter and then roll into the parmesan and herb mixture. Place inside bundt pan layering until out of biscuits

Bake at 325 degrees F for about 30-40 minutes.

Once done cooking, invert onto a plate and serve with a bowl of warm pizza sauce for dipping. Then just pull apart and dip!

Servings: 4-6 depending on how hungry!
Prep Time: 20-30 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30-40 Minutes
