This is a specialized health juice that helps the liver, kidneys, and general metabolic health. Care must be taken to use new potatoes that have no eyes, or as few eyes as possible.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 beets
  • 2 apples

Steps:

  1. Peel potatoes, beets and apples.
  2. Put in juicer. If you lack a juicer, you can use a blender, then strain the ingredients through cheese cloth.

Be aware that raw potato juice can have detrimental effects, but some advocate its use.
