Try Rain-X in an inconspicuous spot and see if that helps.
You could try Vinyl Window Wax
Are you talking about for when you wash windows?
I only do windows on overcast, cool days and that seems to be the best way to reduce spotting. Hot days, the sun dries the windows and they spot. I think this would work for those with the film. Same principle!
