I have a 5 month old male German Shepherd, we have finally potty trained him so he will go outside. He will poop and pee outside, but he's very persistent in squeezing out one tiny drop of poop on the third floor of our house. What can I do to make him stop?

Maybe he needs a little bit more time outdoors. Make sure you clean up the spot he has been going to with an enzyme based cleaner or he will continue to go there.
