Ramen Noodles and Beans

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover ground beef or chicken. It's also a unique side dish or vegetarian dish. It's quick and easy to prepare and can be spiced up according to your specific taste.

  1. In a large pot, combine the beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic and meat, if desired. In a separate pot, prepare noodles using ½ of the seasoning packet and cook noodles according to directions. Add the remaining ½ of the seasoning packet to the bean mixture.
  2. Cook the bean mixture about 15 minutes. Drain noodles and stir into bean mixture. Serve as a one pot meal or as a side dish.
