Recovery Time for a Puppy with Parvo?

My 7 week old puppy contracted parvo when he was 6.5 weeks old. He's been on IV fluids ever since, his puking has come down a lot, but it's reddish brown.

It's been a total of 5 days since we've been taking him to the vet. He was very playful on the 5th day, he was also excited to eat the food prescribed by the doctor only to puke it back out with blood. Although his diarrhea has stopped, or reduced by a significant amount. Will my puppy fight this virus?

If your puppy is vomiting blood, the vet should be notified. Good luck.
