How can I keep my spa water from foaming?

There are liquid defoamers available at all pool and spa supply stores. Not always, but generally the foam is from oils, lotion, perfumes, etc on the skin. It's a good idea to take a quick shower before going in a hot tub and, of course, after too ;-)

The foam in your water is likely from deodorant and lotions on your skin. Defoamer is sold at pool/hot tub retailers but you can avoid it by showering quickly before you get in the spa.

Change your filters often. Your filters will likely last longer too. Sandy
