They can be bird mites. You wil need an exterminator
Are you seeing bites? If so, please look at the bites and it will help you determine what creature you are dealing with:

If you are not getting bites (that is good news), you may be experiencing "phantom" feelings.
I just experienced this this past week when I had a spider in my car that scared the heck out of me and was then lost in the car, for the next two days I felt like it was crawling on me. After the third day the feelings were gone. I can't explain why people get this. For some people it lasts for a few minutes, for some a few days, and sadly for some it lasts for weeks, months, and years.
If it lasts more than a few days, you may want to talk to your doctor about it.
