Removing Burn Marks on Wood Blinds?

You didnt say what material the blinds are made from, but if they are the metal, or plastic type, maybe even a light wood, I would try a magic eraser. Not sure, but those seem to clean really tough stains. Hope this will help

The problem with trying to remove a few stains from blinds may mean you will have to clean the entire blind as the area you clean will probably look "lighter/brighter" than the rest of the blind.

• If it is just a small area you might be able to remove most of the marks with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (or generic eraser) as this will only be damp and should not harm the wood slats.
• You might also try Isopropyl Alcohol either full strength or on a damp cloth.
• Alcohol in a bowl of warm water is a good cleaner if you have to wipe down the entire blind.

You can lightly sand and stain it.

Try a dry cleaning sponge or Murphy's oil soap with a microfibre cloth.
