Removing Cigarette Smoke Film from Glasses?

Does anyone know of a way to clean the cigarette film and better yet keep it off eyeglass lens? Thanks in advance.

If your glasses have any coating, I would just use mind soap and water. If not, use the hints below.

  • Try vinegar, then rinse and dry
  • If that doesn't work, try diluted ammonia.
