Does anyone know how to remove a lip gloss stain from a windbreaker after if was laundered?

I would try some blue dawn and presoak it. Then wash, but dont put in the dryer. Repeat as necessary

I found the best thing to remove stains on clothing is GOOP handcleaner. It's available at automotive stores

If you put it in the dryer it is probably set in.
Make a paste of baking soda and water rub it into the stain and leave it sit for an hour.
Then wash as usual.
