Either of these two methods may solve your problem. You can prepare a paste using baking soda and water and gently rub the white circle until the discoloration disappears. Non-gel toothpaste can be used in the same way to remove the white ring. If neither of these methods are successful you can make a paste using non-gel toothpaste and baking soda to rub on the circle until it vanishes.
