I have a Bernina 910 sewing machine. I'm not able to manually use my hand wheel, it just spins and nothing is happening. My machine works with the foot pedal, but I can't manually adjust my needle. Help please.

Does your hand wheel possibly have another wheel attached to it? On mine, I have the big hand wheel and a smaller one in the middle of the big one. I have to loosen the small one to fill the bobbin. If I don't tighten it back up the wheel free spins. Check that.
