I am trying to find replacement food grade seals approximately 5 1/2 inches for the four jars that I recently purchased. I have added the measurements of the openings as well as the inside of the lid requiring the seal. (7 1/4 x 6 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches) Thank you!

Amazon and eBay have them, although not all the time.
If they don't have them in the store....you might try Walmart online:

Amazon has many different types of seals to suit your needs, they run from $7.99 and up, depending on the type of seals you prefer.
I usually take one of my jars to my local Ace or True Value Hardware store to see if they have anything available. These stores usually have excellent customer service people and will take all the time necessary to help you solve problems.
I'm afraid the size is a little off. I couldn't find that size. If you still can't find seals in the size you need, then make them from a thick rubber band, or using silicone caulk (between two sheets of baker paper).
