Resealing Packs with Clothespins

Silver Post Medal for All Time! 449 Posts

A clothespin on a folded plastic bag.It is really hard to find a place for big unresealable packs like packs of milk, cereals, etc. We usually have this problem at home as we don't have enough containers. It is a problem because it can create huge mess.

One thing I learned from my husband - resealing these packs with clothespin. We don't have easy zip bags available, so this is one good way to keep things neatly sealed. Just make sure to fold it several times to hide the open area and put the clip on. If there's a clean plastic bag, place it in there to keep it clean.

I think clothespins are the fastest and easiest, far better than twist ties.

This works for freezer bags too.
