Rhubarb Cake


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 chopped rhubarb
Topping:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Mix all cake ingredients together for cake. Then mix all ingredients together for topping and put on top of cake. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
