Riding Mower Not Getting Gas to Carburetor?

My Rally riding lawn tractor isn't getting gas to the carburetor. What could be wrong?

You have a clogged fuel line or fuel filter. This happens when gas is left in the mower after you've used it. You'll need to clean the gas in the tank, flush out the fuel lines and change the fuel filter. This should allow the gas to flow again in the engine.
