Roasted Asparagus

A restaurant-quality dish that is easy to prepare.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 2 servings and can easily be adjusted.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry asparagus. Snap off the tough end at the bottom. I compost mine.
  3. Lay the asparagus down in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil. Turn the asparagus to fully coat.
  5. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. I had unseasoned crumbs, so I added salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
  7. Roast 15 minutes.
