Roof Repairs for Low Income Homeowners?

I'm senior citizen with a disability. Following a hail storm I need a new roof and other repairs. I don't have money for my deductible. Is there somewhere I can get help? My insurance will cover the rest. I live on Social Security.

Council for the Aging and HUD.org are the places I would check first.
